Thank you very much for agreeing to do a photo shoot with me.  I'm thrilled to work with both of you because of your experience and talent.  I want to explain this shoot to you as best I can, so you have an idea of what I'm doing, and what I'm looking for.  The page below is the setup for these two.

As you know, i also shoot dolls.  In this story line I have two dolls who run some sort of blog or website about household stuff- they are 'Domestic Goddesses'.  Think about a show like Martha Stewart or one of those lifestyle mom-blogs but totally different. 

Sheena

​Sheena, your character does mostly food and entertaining. 

This is the counterpart to your character.  Much more mature than what I was using before.  

She is the dining/entertainment expert.  Obviously very attractive, sexy, and dark.  

You are playing some sort of human counterpart to her.  

​This is one of the shots we did before.  Your character basically lives in this room. 

** Veronica, this is Sheena by the way.  She and I shot about a year ago.

Whenever I showed your photos to people, this is the one they liked the most.  Obviously this is the most submissive.  And a lot of women would stop and say, "Oh, I like that one..."

​I'd really like to continue with that theme if you are interested.  Not just in what you wear, but the way you do things.  

But, she can decorate and host an event beautifully.  And of course she looks good doing it.

What I'd like to do with your shoot is have you bake cookies.  Then we'll do some sort of display/serving of the cookies.  Your shoot will be late in the day, and it will dark, so we'll use that and go with a dark feel.

For wardrobe, something to bake in (casual), and something to serve in (more formal, but not a full length gown).  Something sexy of course, but in a darker way.  I don't think she really shows off, but it's more of a 'I will do this because other people like it' type of feel.  I hope that makes sense.  But natural fibers, lace, cotton, fur,  Things that look older- but not bright colors or mod.  Sexy and victorian is best.



You know those lifestyle/health/cooking blogs where they have the recipe, and some stupid long story about how their grandmother's recipe means so much to them?

It will be like that, but, the photos are going to be very different.  When people land on the page I want them to think, "Oh my god, what is this?"  With dark sensuous photos with a submissive theme...and a cookie recipe. And there will be some backstory with the doll.  

Pure ridiculousness, done with a high level of quality.

I made cookies last night to do the shoot with the doll.  This is one of the pics.  I am not looking for you to match her at all, I just want to show you what we're working with.

Veronika

Veronika, your character works more with plants.  She's an expert in horticulture.  Her look is a little bit brighter, because she is more likely to be outside.

Here is your doll counterpart.  She was potting some succulents.  I have TONS of succulents at my house, and I think we will use them for this shoot.

We will probably pot up some plants.  The instructions on the page will be about different types of succulents, how to take care of them, etc.

So it is very similar to the cookie recipe, but instead it will be legitimate instructions about plants, with actual scientific information.  The info will be good.

I'm hoping to do half the shoot inside, and half outside.  Like the cookie shoot I want this to be real, you will really be potting plants in the right way and we'll take pics of the different steps.  It's all just easy, but just like stirring cookie dough, it gives us an opportunity for a good shot.

I'd like your wardrobe to be a little more modern than I described for Sheena.

Please bring a few things with the idea of 'casual' while working on plants.  Tshirt and panties, ridiculously small cutoffs, whatever you think would be good for this.  You'll probably be working on a bench, not down in the dirt.  

I really want this to be sexy, but I want you to be comfortable...so please, wear what you would like.

The second part of the shoot will be more formal.  A blouse with buttons would be great.  Or a dress, up to you.

I honestly don't know exactly the format I will end up with, so I am not worried about anything being 'right' or 'perfect'.  I'd really be interested in seeing what you come up with, and working with that.  Bring a few pieces, we can use to make outfits.

So that's my project.  I am hoping to put out good information, in a slightly different format, using dolls and beautiful models for visual.  The information will be real, and so will the process.  So the shoot really will be baking cookies, or potting plants.
